Description: 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Proposals and unit prices from qualified consulting firms to supply their quality assurance (QA), material inspection and testing services for the County’s construction projects. Consultants will be required to conduct both field and laboratory testing services and have the necessary knowledge and inspection experience to provide an assurance of quality to Haldimand County’s infrastructure projects. All projects will be located within the geographical limits of the Corporation of Haldimand County.
