Bidding System Account

This platform allows Suppliers to create a Bidding System account. Suppliers have the option to choose commodity codes for various goods, services and construction opportunities. Suppliers will receive email notifications regarding opportunities that align with the selected commodity codes. It is the Supplier's responsibility to maintain up-to-date account information.  

System Support

Suppliers should contact bids&tenders support at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date if they encounter any problems.   Step by Step instructions, FAQ's and System Support Contact information can be found here.

Notice of Participation in Cooperative Buying Groups & Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)

This notice serves as a public notification that, for the current year, the Corporation of Haldimand County is eligible to participate in one or more procurement opportunities conducted by the cooperative purchasing groups and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) listed below. Haldimand County also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to participate in procurement opportunities offered by other buying groups not identified in this notice.
