This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the replacement of roofing and siding at the Rainham Centre Community Hall. The scope of this work is to completely remove the existing exposed metal roof and install a new Metal Roof at the Rainham Centre Community Hall, 260 Kohler Road (Haldimand Rd #8), Kohler, Ontario. The Roof Replacement will include all Sloped Roof Decks specified for complete removal and replacement construction and plywood substrate replacement as required. Approximate square footage equates to 3,150 square feet. In addition, the procedural directives presented in this Scope of Work and attached General Specifications pertain to removal of wall siding and replacement with metal panels. |
