This Bid Request is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit proposals from qualified Consulting Engineers, specializing Water & Wastewater infrastructure Upgrades, to provide their services in conducting Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, pre-engineering and data collection, detailed design and drawing preparation, tender preparation and contract administration for infrastructure upgrades identified in the Master Servicing Plan for Jarvis which has been included into the 2024 Capital Construction Budget.
