This Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Haldimand County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide general contracting services for the new Hagersville Library and Active Living Centre , as further described in the RFPQ attachments (the “Deliverables”).
