This Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Haldimand County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide turbo blowers for three (3) wastewater treatments plants over the next 3 years, as further described in the RFPQ attachments (the “Deliverables”).
