This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Proposals for the operation, routine maintenance and asset protection of Haldimand’s water treatment and supply facilities, including water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, storage facilities and transmission water mains as described in this RFP, Specifications and the Operations and Maintenance Services Agreement.
