Description: 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Proposals for complete SCADA upgrades and PLC replacements to the Dunnville and Hagersville Wastewater Treatment Plants and the Nanticoke Water Treatment plant. This will include complete hardware upgrades and the required programming as specified by Haldimand County in the proceeding work package descriptions. This will in some cases include standardized data collection, reporting and archiving systems for both plants, implement monitoring and control of additional points. This project covers both wastewater and water treatment plants.
