This Bid Request is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for obtaining and setting up a new “clean frequency” with simulcast configuration, provided by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), to be used solely for the operations channel.  All paging will then take place over the existing operations frequency.
