This Request for Tender, FCA-07-2021-A Kohler Office Renovations and Garage Addition (General Contractor), is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the for a third service bay addition to the Kohler garage and renovations to the existing office building portion. 

The addition will be built off the existing Garage and will also include repairs to ventilation, plumbing and trench drains. The renovations within the office building will include removal of some walls and panelling to re-create the floor plan. This includes washroom/shower facilities, offices and lunch rooms.

Additionally, as part of this project, a solicition (FCA-07-2021-B) is currently in the marketplace to obtain a qualified Roofing Sub-Contractor.  FCA-07-2021-B Kohler Renovations and Garage Addition (Roofing Sub-Contractor) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the complete removal of the existing roof material and replacement (including Roof Deck 2.0) at the following location: Kohler Garage & Office at 1162 Kohler Road, Cayuga, Ontario. 

Approximate total square footage including perimeter roofing equates to 4,196 square feet. 

In addition, the scope of work includes a new roof installation on a new building at the same location outlined above. Approximate total square footage including parapet roofing equates to 2.092 square feet.
