This Bid Request is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Bids to conduct Building Condition Assessments on its Libraries, Fire Stations, Community Centres, Museums, Roads Yards, and various other Facilities.

Each Facility will require a site visit dedicated to assessing the Condition of the entire Building. Details can be found in Attachment B – Deliverables, Section 2.0 Scope of work for each facility. Each space will require its own Report on the Condition including Executive Summary, detailed sections on each portion of the assessment, conclusions and recommendations. Pictures will also be required as well as a 10 year Capital Forecast for each facility.
