This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Proposals for the Environmental Assessment, Pre Engineering, Design and Drawing preparation, Contract Administration and Construction inspection of a proposed Caledonia Arterial Road from the intersection of Argyle St South and Sixth Line extension in Caledonia to a new intersection at Mackenzie Road in Caledonia. 

The project is anticipated to include two (2) controlled intersections (traffic signals and/or traffic circle), approximately 1.6km of new arterial road, a structure crossing the Douglas Creek and stormwater management for the road corridor.   The project must coordinate with the Caledonia Master Servicing Plan (2006 and draft 2016 update), both the Mackenzie Meadows and Ballantry Homes proposed subdivisions.
